Survive and Succeed in the Small Development Shop

Whatever your definition of small is, this session will provide ideas, tips and proven methods to make your job easier and to raise more funds for your organization.  Working in small shops can be difficult and leave you feeling all alone in your job - while everyone else is off doing programming, you are alone doing fund raising.

Join Betty Johnson, CFRE and a seasoned fundraising professional, to learn how to work more effectively, relieve stress, and have fun in the process while meeting your fundraising goals.  Her 30 plus years in the nonprofit sector with different sized nonprofits provides her the insight and personal experience for success.  Her teamwork approach utilizing volunteers and fellow staff have allowed her to raise millions of dollars for her organizations.

Walk away from this session - along with great networking opportunities - with ideas to implement immediately when you get back to office.  Leave feeling energized with new ways to engage your volunteers, donors, and colleagues, along with tools to simplify your life both professionally and personally.
